You may have noticed your sidewalks have recently been marked around cracks, bumps, trip hazards, etc

 

This is done by Lexington Code Enforcement to make sure our sidewalks are safe for everyone.  As a home owner you are responsible for your own side walk repair.  If you have further questions please reach out to the LFUCG at (859) 300-5300.

 

The Sidewalk Replacement Grant Program may provide assistance.  This grant may reimburse a reasonable amount (currently $5 per square foot) of cost related to the replacement of any residential sidewalk which has been placed under notice by Code Enforcement.
