The city has completed a traffic study for Malone Drive. This study was first reviewed during the November 2024 HOA meeting. During the February 2025 meeting, traffic engineering was available for neighbor questions.
NEXT STEPS: Traffic Engineering will submit postcards to residents to vote on the proposed improvements. Households impacted are identified by traffic engineering.

Roswell Drive Traffic Study
The Beaumont community has requested a traffic study to be completed on Roswell Drive. Stay tuned for more information.
Columbia Gas will soon be working in the neighborhood around Savannah and Guilford to relocate their gas pipeline. The work is scheduled to begin February 17.
This is to accommodate the upcoming LFUCG storm sewer line replacement project.
